Fractional Head of Ticketing

Four days a month as your in-house ticketing lead.

Senior ticketing expertise when you need it, without a full-time hire.

Clients get a single point of accountability across pricing, distribution and data, instead of managing it all separately.

Four days a month

What the four days typically cover

You get a senior ticketing lead on your team without the cost of a full-time hire. A typical month includes:

Weekly sales reviews
Sales against target, by performance, price band and agent, with clear actions.
Pricing and inventory
Adjusting prices, releasing or holding seats, and managing premium and house seats.
Agents and partners
Managing allocations, commissions and offers with TodayTix, LTD, Ingresso, See Tickets and others.
Campaign alignment
Working with the marketing team so offers, pricing and activity land on the right performances.
Producer and investor updates
A monthly summary of how the show is selling and what's planned next.
On call
For urgent questions between those days, such as a cast change, a cancelled performance or a sudden spike.

The days flex with the show's needs, so a launch month or a final push can take more time and a quieter month less.

FAQs

Common questions

Who is this for?

Producers and companies with one or more shows on sale who need senior ticketing expertise but not a full-time head of ticketing.

Can the days change from month to month?

Yes. We agree a pattern that fits the show and adjust it around launches, extensions and closing periods. There's no minimum term or notice period.

Do you work in our office or remotely?

Both. Most of the work can be done remotely, with time in person for key meetings and launch days.

How is this different from your reporting service?

Reporting tells you what's happening. As Fractional Head of Ticketing we also make and carry out the decisions on your behalf.
